About the Role:
As part of the Private Client & Corporate Services team you will be responsible for business development and the marketing of Citco’s planning products for international clients. The focus is on lead generation with new and existing contacts.

Job Duties in Brief:
  • Generating prospects and target lists for Gateway and Traditional Business Line with our Business Development (BD) support teams
  • Lead Generations through multiple distribution channels
  • Proposal preparation and pricing, presentations (where required) & attending to RFPs
  • Closing the sale and updating of performance dashboards
  • On-boarding with the respective Account managers and overall relationship management of portfolio of clients
  • Preparing and attending Events and Seminars for BD in Asia
  • Attending Conferences in the Asia region
  • Building Network and C & T brand in Asia for Gateway and traditional Business Line via multiple channels
  • Database of contacts expansion and gathering market intelligence
  • Gain feedback from clients to assess quality assurance for work done by Account Managers for on-going referral business
  • Cross selling across other business lines within Citco
  • To perform any other cognate duties assigned with respect to BD activities in Asia
  • Conduct and compile market research.
About You:
  • The ability and desire to make new connections, create new leads, and land new business is essential
  • A Law or Accounting degree is preferred
  • Experience with tax work for Private Clients is preferable
  • Past experience working in the Asian financial services market
  • Existing network of contacts in Singapore and Asia for Private Client work would be an advantage
  • Mandarin would be an added advantage
  • Industry experience with wealth/estate planning, or trust planning would be an asset
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to influence and persuade in a fast paced environment
  • A self-starter who is self-motivated with the desire to be part of a strong team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Targets and results driven
  • Creative, resourceful, able to think outside the box and a hands-on individual.
