Responsibilities

  • Prepare trust documents and assist in trust and private client administration;
  • Ensure all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize risk exposure;
  • Assist in new business on-boarding process;
  • Handle invoicing and debt collection processes;
  • Handle general enquiries from clients

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration related discipline
  • 1 year relevant experience gained from professional firms is an advantage; fresh graduates will be considered
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and self-motivated with positive working attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
