UI / UX Designer (Software)

Responsibilities:
- Design improvements of software user interfaces
- Identify problems, propose solutions, recommend implementations, and execute UI solutions to improve the user experience
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution across of all of the projects' deliverables
- Strive for consistency, usability, understandability, and visual appeal across of various user-interface elements
- Understand how the software needs to work with robots and associated tools so as to create a seamless user experience
Requirements:
- Master's / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- 2+ years of working experience related to UX design, interaction design, user-oriented design, or related activities
- Experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) would be a plus
- Exposure to designing user interfaces for tablet computers would be a plus
- Java programming experience would be a plus
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and being able to clearly capture detailed written descriptions
- Effective at collaborating, learning, and adapting
- Languages Required: Spoken and Written English and Chinese
