This position will be responsible to support the overall store management and daily operations of the store. He/she will need to support in teaching, training and coaching teammates into a high performing leadership team that achieves sales goals, meets merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire the team by delivering a compelling vision and purpose which encompasses Under Armour’s core competencies and behaviors
  • Act as a leader on duty and consistently models the brand’s service standards and selling behaviors
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations while holding the store team accountable for achieving all brand, performance, and behavior standards
  • Effectively communicate with the management team to align and help drive business strategy
  • Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve planned sales and key performance indicators for all time periods
  • Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions to drive results
  • Train and develop team to drive business performance
  • Evaluate store sales and make rostering adjustments to meet business needs
  • Oversee and ensure efficiency of all daily operational procedures
  • Manage the store’s expense and operational costs
  • Develop succession plans to ensure career paths for all teammates
  • Recognize and properly resolve teammate performance issues
  • Drive teammate engagement by recognizing and rewarding teammates for their outstanding performance
  • Generate and analyze merchandise reports and direct brand appropriate merchandising moves to maximize presentation and drives sales
  • Ensure all aspects of replenishment and are properly executed

Education & Experience:

  • 3 years or more retail experience in management position, ideally with premium international brand
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A demonstrated passion for sports
  • Ability to communicate effectively with athletes and store team
  • Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Customer-centric with strong presentation, delegation, and empathetic skills
  • Proficiency in sales generation, training and leading of functional teams
  • Ability to analyze business trends and reporting to drives sales
  • Provide coaching, feedback and manage substandard performance
  • Excellent verbal and written in Cantonese and preferably English and Mandarin
