Underwriting Assistant, Distribution Channel

Job Summary:
This role is mainly responsible for supporting the Assistant Vice President of the distribution channel in managing sales activities including training, performance tracking and handling customer services hotline.
Job Duties:

  • Handling customer services hotline
  • Managing the agency registration and Continuing Professional Development (“CPD")  Programme declaration process
  • Preparing analytical data
  • Assisting the manager to arrange activities for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as required



  • Secondary school graduate and with 3 years’ working experience
  • Ability to interact with employees at various levels within the company
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity and trust
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and changing priorities
  • Able to organize and handle multiple priorities
  • Attention to details, with excellent analytical ability and strong communication skills
  • Demonstrating proficiency in the use of email, internet search and MS Office
  • Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
