Job Description

  • Support users in the platform with all products under responsibility of the department.
  • Plan and deploy upgrades to fulfill compliance or requirement.
  • Actively implement new solutions for the required products.
  • Work with other IT teams to ensure requirement and expectation of the client is met.
  • Good demonstrating understanding on ITIL practices, well familiar with change processes and
  • Agile methodology

Ideal candidate

  • Experience in market telephony, operations, skype telephony and exposure to projects in a
  • large-scale environment
  • Strong technical background in CISCO IP telephony, Oracle SBA, Microsoft Skype, Market
  • telephony (IP Trade, BT, Etrali, IPC)
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Skype Administrator, especially working on Messaging.
  • Knowledge in administering Messaging technologies, Mobile Device Management & Archiving
  • systems.
  • Attention to details and strong interpersonal communication skills
