Unit Manager, Dealer Sales

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop acquisition team(s) within the Outbound Telesales networks in HK and PRC
  • Liaise with Marketing for product offers and ad hoc promotions for customer acquisitions
  • Serves as the product anchor and provide assistance in selling approaches
  • Responsible for the dailycall center operation and management, focus on achievement of Sales targets and performance. 
  • Deliver quantitative and qualitative KPIs in line with business strategies and regulatory requirements
  • Set up operational procedures, service standards, training guidelines and improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency
  • Review and improve the productivity of the center by preparing monthly capacity plan 
  • Perform call monitoring on team members in relation to company policies and procedures
  • Conduct prompt investigation into the complaint cases in order to render quality resolution
  • Identify potential threats or frauds and escalate to appropriate parties for follow up actions
  • Assist in preparation of regular statistical reports for analytical review
  • Assist in departmental initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required

The Person:

  • Minimum 8 years' sales experience with at least 5 years' managerial experience in consumer sales channels
  • Experience within Telco or call center business will be an advantage
  • Frequent travelling to PRC required.
  • Sales and customer oriented with strong people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
