• Lead a 7 x 24 operation team on network surveillance, tier 1 and tier 2 engineering support, on-going Move and Change of customer’s network equipment

• Responsible for the IT service management process and practices on implementation and operations

• Deliver technical consultancy support as well as documentation on network capacity, performance and utilization report to customers

• Regular review with equipment vendor on Hardware/Software vulnerability and bug and derive recommendation

• Ensure a smooth and effective Tier 2 Operation Support especially focusing on incident, problem and change management



• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Electronics, Computer Engineering or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in networking or system integration / support

• Good knowledge in implementing networking solutions

• Good understanding of the IT service management process is desirable

• Possesses one or more Cisco certification is preferred

• Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

• Good customer services, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
