Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone or in writing independently
  • Assist in maintaining daily operation of Customer Relations Management (CRM) including data processing and program logistics;
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Secondary level or above;
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience at call center;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Independent, customer-oriented, good telephone manner and communication skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Immediate availability is a must.

Working period: from present to Aug 2018 (around 2 months); 5 day per week; 8.5 hours per day

Hourly Rate: HK$60-65 per hour
