RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle daily sales activities in the store to meet and achieve sales targets prescribed by the company
  • Effectively induct, lead, manage, train and develop supervisor and frontline staff to agreed procedures and standards
  • Ensure products are well presented, maintain excellent, up-to-date product knowledge
  • Ensures that all delicate situations regarding customer complaints and the overall sales process are dealt with accordingly


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee the operations of the store to maintain healthy inventory levels and operational efficiency
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement
  • Recruit, train and coach the sales team and conceptualize incentive programs to achieve targets
  • Ensure brand guidelines are met and compliance of operational processes and procedures for store operations, visuals and marketing within the retail stores
  • Maintain good communication with internal and external departments to provide premium retail environment and excellent store operations


REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years previous retail management experience in leading a team
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Outstanding communication skills and exceptional selling skills
  • Strong in people management, coaching skills and operation works
  • Mature, independent and work with passionate
