Urgent] Office Assistant 辦 公 室 助 理 (renewable contract, up to 15k)


Our client, a reputable global bank is looking for an Office Assistant to join their team on contract basis.



  • Collect and deliver internal documents and correspondence to and from the other offices
  • 派送工作和處理對外文件寄送
  • Maintain clean, tidy meeting rooms & pantries. Prepare drinks for client meetings
  • 保持辦公室及茶水間整潔
  • Maintain stock control of refreshments and office supplies in cost effective manner
  • 整理及保持所有會議室清潔整齊
  • Assist with meeting room setup
  • 準備會議室
  • Handle minor office furniture and equipment repair and maintenance
  • 簡單維修辦公室的物品,例如電燈


  • Minimum of 1 year of Office Admin Experience preferably within a large organisation
  • 最少一年在大公司的工作經驗
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, good team player
  • 良好溝通技巧Fluent Cantonese and can speak, read & write simple English
  • 懂得閱讀簡單英文
  • Immediately avaiable will be an advantage
