Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guest and customer in professional manner to maintain high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Handle incoming calls and ensure that the enquires are answered promptly and followed through;
  • Support daily office administration such as conference room booking, mailing and courier service handling, office supplies ordering;
  • Assist in the maintenance of office equipment, furniture, telephone system and etc.;
  • Deal with building management office on general property management matters;
  • Provide support on other administration tasks such as but not limited to document filing, travel arrangement, organize staff events and other special project.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Business Management, Secretarial or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in banking / financial institutions;
  • Receptionist / customer service experience is preferred;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & problem solving skills;
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking and good time management;
  • Good team player and be able to work independently;
  • Fluency in Putonghua, Cantonese and English;
  • Good computer skills including MS Office;
  • Working hour: 8:45am – 6:00pm.
