Handle customer enquires through calls, emails and various channels with professional manner
Provide in-depth knowledge and solutions in MPF and Pension related products
Investigate and assist in resolving customer complaints
Cooperate with different parties to follow up customers' requests
Perform ad-hoc operation tasks as required
3 years or above MPF/pension related experience in financial institutions / banks
Bachelor degree holder
MPF license is a must
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
IANG visa will be considered as well
Great team player with positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
5 days work, no shift (9am - 6pm)
Annual leave 17 days or above
