The UX/UI Manager will lead the development of user experiences and visual designs for all Chow Sang Sang Omnichannel digital applications. S/he will craft user-centric experiences that strike a balance between the consumers’ intent and the business’s needs, supported by research and design rationale. S/he will have a strong understanding of design for different platforms and devices, knowing differences and best practices across the regions different digital ecosystems.
S/he will have excellent communications skills; written, verbal and visual, the ability manage stakeholders, convey and exchange ideas with others from different backgrounds is key. Working closely with different business units, IT and Business Analyst teams, crafting the best, most informed design choices to deliver the best experiences for our end users and customers. There will also be collaborations with third party agencies when needed to deliver projects.
