Responsibilities

The role is key Langham Ambassador in Concierge team ensuring refined service is delivered to 5-star hotel standards, who are expected to:

• Deliver a delightful arrival and departure experience to our guests & create memorable moments in our main entrance;
• Provide seamless valet parking service with guests to 5-star hotel service and safety standards;
• Assist in door greetings and farewell duties when needed; &
• Maintain hotel image in discreet and polished manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year experience in hotel industry is preferred;
• Willing to work on shifts in a competitive, energetic and dynamic environment;
• Acquiring good knowledge of vehicle and driving licenses of  Class 1 & 2 are must; &
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and customer oriented personality with good manners.

*Candidates with less experience in hotel will also be considered.
