Venue Officer, Customer Services

Responsibilities 

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
  • Serve as an advocate on brand mission and values with customers, including walk-in customers, educational institutions and NGOs
  • In charge of all in-house or off-site setup of all events or workshops in line with our professional standards
  • Handle daily ticketing and cash operation in accordance with procedure
  • Assist to maintain booking system & website accuracy
  • Ensure all storage materials and area in a tidy and safe condition


Requirements

  • Resonance in Dialogue Experience's social mission and values
  • Diploma or University graduate
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Caring and cheerful character, passionate to work together with a diverse team (includes visually / hearing impaired teammates)
