Vice President / Assistant Vice President – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Modeller

This role is to enable personalized customer relationship management by enriching requirements for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales application leveraging on big data and AI analytics. Major duties include:


  • Act as the subject matter expert on the CRM application to provide business requirements for the applications development/implementation.
  • Adopt AI big data analytic to continuously improve the relationship management processes and operation which enable personalized sales and relationship management.
  • Develop the Target Operating Model with business scenario on sales and relationship management operation relating to our targeted SME business.
  • Involve in the Request For Proposal (RFP) preparation process and vendor selection for the CRM applications.


  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or insurance industry.
  • Experience in RFP preparation and vendor selection for Sales and CRM applications is highly desirable.
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail-minded and a team player who is willing to work under pressure.
  • Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good command of written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
