Vice President/ Assistant Vice President, FI & Treasury Credit

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform credit assessment submitted by front business on financial institutions and corporate bonds
  • Provide recommendation for appropriate credit structure and limits
  • Ensure all credit applications are complied with regulatory requirements and the Bank's policies and guidelines
  • Identify problem cases and implement action plans to mitigate any risk
  • Closely monitor industry development and negative signal for appropriate action and escalation to management
  • Produce regular credit reports and conduct analysis on credit portfolio for the Bank
  • Formulate/review credit risk management policy and procedures for treasury credit operations

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
  • Holder of ECF-CRM certification is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in credit analysis for financial institutions and corporate bonds
  • Good knowledge in credit risk management and control processes, including knowledge of financial analysis and credit mitigation techniques used in counterparty analysis
  • Self-motivated and detail-minded with strong risk control sense and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and a readiness to challenge assumptions
