  • Formulate business and marketing strategies and manage merchant sales team to meet the defined business goals of the credit card business
  • Ensure an efficient, effective and profitable card operation while complying with all codes and regulatory & card associations’ requirements related to credit card, ATM and payment operations.
  • Provide recommendations to management on policies, process improvements, quality, compliance controls and business strategy.
  • Continuously review, recommend and implement enhancements to operational procedures and workflow on credit underwriting, card security, fraud monitoring, collection, operations and customer services.
  • Manage overall activities within card operations, ensure timely and quality services are provided to both internal and external customers in order to maximize customers satisfaction, minimize cardholder attrition, strengthen brand image and maximize profitability.
  • Recommend and implement new business and digital initiatives to grow payment business.


  • Degree holder major in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience related to credit card operations and marketing, with experience in product development and project management.
  • Have the ability to navigate the ever changing payments industry including devices, operating systems, new technology, innovations and best-in-class user experience.
  • Have proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to evaluate systems and procedures, implementing efficiency enhancements.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
