Our client is a prestigious bank with branch in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for AVP / VP for their Credit Control & Agency Team. The team is around eight staffs, VP will be required to lead 1-2 staffs, while AVP will work independently. Ideal for candidates who are seeking for stable banking environment with credit control department for a long term basis. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to department head / section head directly
  • Monitor overall daily operations in relation to checking and reviewing of credit documentation
  • Review credit facility registration and manage customer's financial data input
  • Establish, review and revise internal operation procedures periodically
  • Organize, check periodic internal and management reports
  • Prepare and implement project streamlining the workflow including automation
  • Conduct training to the branch staff and to other offices, when necessary
  • Prepare for cross back up for the department
  • Participate or take lead to operational excellence project/ assignment as designated by team head/ section head
  • Supervise 1-2 subordinates in overall daily operations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or related discipline
  • With around 4 - 6 years' experience in banking industry with minimum 3 years credit middle experience at the supervisory role
  • Basic Knowledge in accounting
  • Good computer skills and experienced in MS Office application
  • Highly professional, motivated with ability to lead 1-2 staffs
  • Candidates with less experience would also be considered as AVP position.
