Vice President, Customer Service (Securities Brokerage)

  • Perform account opening and document checking according to the internal guidelines and ensure full compliance under rules and regulations
  • Assist Team Head in daily business operations and activities in terms of coordination, organization and communication
  • Handle Client On-boarding and related matters, experience on handling individual and corporate account opening
  • Knowledge on KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures
  • Design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Perform UAT on system enhancements
  • Handle Ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • Qualified to be registered as a licensed person type 1 under SFC in dealing securities is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in financial industry
  • Knowledge on KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA are most preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and Good people management skills
  • Customer-focused, proactive, patient and responsible
  • Able to multi-tasking and work under pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, patient and responsible
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in excel
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate
