  • Work closely with product owners and branches to achieve the investment & life insurance business goals and jointly manage the portfolios of the existing investment & life insurance customers to ensure sustainable/long-term relationship and businesses
  • Work together with branch colleagues in identifying potential customers, support joint calls to close deals and conduct sales coaching to team members and RMs
  • Provide inputs to Investment Products Department and Life Insurance Department on devising yearly business strategies and initiatives
  • Offer guidance and ensure the applications of life insurance products & services are handled accurately and efficiently in accordance with the internal policy guidelines and procedures


  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in banking and finance, with CFP / CRWP preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in investment & life insurance sales with at least 3 years in investment/insurance specialist and/or branch sales management positions
  • Work with integrity and positive attitude, due care and diligence in carrying out the role and responsibilities.
  • Team and results oriented, be able to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua a plus
  • Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in investment and insurance
