Vice President, Leadership Development & Management Training

Chong Hing Bank

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Leadership Development and Management Training team
  • Formulate, plan and deploy leadership development and talent management initiatives in alignment with the Bank's leadership development strategies
  • Build effective relationship with Divisions / Department Heads, and offer consultancy and advice of training solutions
  • Facilitate the implementation of the Bank’s performance management framework
  • Support projects on Corporate’s Culture building, and other ad-hoc training projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines
  • With at least 10 years relevant experience in managing leadership and management training, preferably gained from the banking and financial sector.
  • Proven track record in managing talent management and/or culture change initiatives is preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership, stakeholder management, organization and execution skills
  • Strong problem solving ability, communication and analytical skills
  • Well-versed in written English and Chinese; Putonghua would be an advantage
