Vice President, Product Due Diligence

  • Evaluate new product launches and initiatives by performing relevant research and analysis, producing and documenting the product assessment
  • Perform regular monitoring of Product Risk Ratings
  • Coordinate the new product approval process
  • Scope of coverage includes all investment products (Structured Investment Product, Unit Trust, Securities, Bonds, etc) and life insurance products
  • Review relevant product materials for fair representation of product benefits versus risks
  • Fortify the existing infrastructure and process for new and ongoing product due diligence
  • Develop and perform review the relevant manual or guideline for product due diligence


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management or other related disciplines, with relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFA)
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 3 years in product management or relevant fields, preferably with experience in performing due diligence of investment products
  • Good knowledge of Hong Kong banking industry
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrable skills in analytical and financial modeling, highly technical and numerate 
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
