Job Description:
The Head of Campus Recruiting Asia Pacific will be responsible for managing all campus recruiting programs across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible in developing the Asia strategy for campus recruitment and working closely with senior management in shaping the ongoing junior talent strategy for the region. He/she will be responsible in building closer relationships with students, universities and faculties, in order to attract the best students from around the world to join our Asia offices.
He/she will need to have hands on experience in managing the day to day running of the program including the Graduate and Summer Analyst programs in Asia. In addition, he/she will be instrumental in developing the Asia Graduate Development Program working closely with the Talent Management team.
He/she will be leading a broader Asia campus team in a fast paced and demanding environment. In addition, this person will work closely with the global campus team and be involved in relevant regional and global campus recruiting initiatives. Specialized knowledge and expertise and the ability to innovate and drive excellence in our recruiting processes is expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Head of Campus Recruiting Asia Pacific
  • Design and implement a campus recruiting strategy to hire undergraduate candidates in Asia
  • Partner with business stakeholders (regional and global) and HR stakeholders to determine analyst recruitment needs for each business
  • Lead recruitment kick-off and interview skills sessions for all businesses
  • Manage candidate pipeline and report recruiting metrics to key stakeholders through regular updates
  • Partner with global Marketing and Campus teams to develop recruiting marketing materials including job descriptions, corporate presentations, resume screening materials, interview guides etc.
  • Manage and track Asia Pacific campus recruitment budget
  • Travel to lead presentations, participate in networking events, and other direct recruitment activities
  • Manage the offer and new hire/onboarding process into all campus programs
  • Oversee the summer internship program including onboarding, training and events
  • Actively participate and contribute to process improvement, projects and initiatives including systems testing and participation in relevant working groups
  • Monitor market and competitive trends for campus recruitment
  • Innovate & execute on strategies to target candidate groups including a diverse slate of talent
  • Oversight and management of a virtual regional Campus team in Tokyo, Hong Kong and India offices
  • Provide coaching, feedback/guidance, assist with issue resolution, problem solving to the campus team
