Responsibilities:

  • To ensure good customer services are extended to our guests especially Japanese guests.
  • To assist the Duty Manager in offering guest relation on behalf of management and attend to all guest issue and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or Associate Degree, preferably with a Bachelor in hospitality or catering management.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese. Ability to speak other languages would definitely be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, independent, customer-oriented and good communication skill.
  • Minimum 1-year related working experience in customer service, preferably in hotel or travel industry.
