Our client is a global apparel corporation. As a result of expansion, they are looking for a VIP Support Engineer/ IT Customer Service Officer:


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dedicated VIP support and directly responds to VP’s requests
  • Provides support for enhanced workplace technology provided by the VIPs (e.g. BlackBerry, Smart Device, iPad, teleconference or other collaboration technology)
  • Customizes laptop and MAC computers to accommodate new technological based on user needs and provide user training
  • Maintains multi-platform software, standard and custom applications for VIPs
  • Completes standard service and statistical reports, and alerts Manager to current or potential problems with systems, applications, or customer service requirements.
  • Meeting support ensure the meeting running smoothly
  • Provides enhanced customer care which may expose the Technician to highly sensitive or confidential information.
  • Logs VP Calls, Incidents and other Service Requests in accordance with the applicable Baseline.
  • Will be involved in projects which enhance the service of service desk


Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT information technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years support experience; having VIP support experience is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge in Lotus notes and Windows
  • Experience on supporting BlackBerry, MAC IOS, IP phone, etc
  • Good communication skill and strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
