Our client is an internationally recognized Department Store that is currently looking for a positive and energetic individual to join their team as Visual Merchandising Manager.
To work with Store Managers and the Visual Product Presentation Team to plan and implement creative seasonal visuals presentation for stores and windows which support the strategic direction of the company
To monitor the development of the visual presentation for renovations and new store projects
To control and monitor the quality of work ensuring it is consistent and reaches an international standard, with a high level of creativity and flair
To plan with Store Managers and the Visual Product Presentation Team the VM calendar in line with the marketing calendar to ensure cohesiveness with regional and central initiatives each year
To communicate regularly with Store Managers and the Visual Product Presentation Team and other internal stakeholders on all visual projects to ensure that there is a full understanding on the creative direction and priorities for each store
To build collaborative working relationships with your colleagues to ensure the achievement of the Company Business Plan, your department and individual objectives
Degree holder (preferably in fashion management, interior design, communications, graphics or other related disciplines)
Minimum 5-6 years working experience in Visual Merchandising area
Strong analytical skills, details oriented and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Computer Systems - Microsoft office, Photoshop etc.
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
