Job Duties:

  • Be the project manager to plan, coordinate and supervise a call centre migration
  • Implementation and maintenance in all technical issues relating to the voice recording system, these include all switching and interconnect issues as well as voice routing
  • Identifying issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Make recommendations for resolution of voice recording systems issues and communicate findings
  • Manage voice recording systems in accordance with best practices
  • Provide training and mentor technical staff for the systems troubleshooting, configuration and overall system knowledge
  • To carry out emergency support duties and emergency service restoration work

Job Requirements:

  • High Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in voice recording systems
  • Experience in Oracle SBC and Nuance is an advantage but not a must
  • Good knowledge in MS server
  • Ability to identifying problems, and providing solutions by way of recommendations
  • Highly motivated with a knack for being composed under pressure
  • Possess the can-do attitude and ownership of provisioning/faults until completed/resolved
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese)
