Duties:

  • Perform project management services include project planning, implementation, vendor management and monitoring progress etc
  • Responsible for the Call Centre Migration project in data centre
  • Perform troubleshooting to users and prepare related reports for management review
  • Liaise with different parties and ensure the performance of vendor complies with standard
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma Holder or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 5 years working experience in Voice Network or Call Centre System
  • Solid experience in Oracle SBC and Nuance is preferred
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • HK Permanent Resident is required
