VP/ FVP, Treasury Settlement (Section Head of Derivatives & Collateral Management)

We are looking for section head in managing daily operations and implementing project initiatives under our derivatives and collateral management section.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the section, provide staff training, development and performance evaluation
  • Ensure the daily activities are delivered according to the market / regulatory / internal standard
  • Ensure effective controls are in place at all times
  • Resolve exceptions and escalate as appropriate
  • Deliver operational efficiencies and project initiatives
  • Maintain and update operational policies & procedures, including contingency plan or any other tasks as assigned
  • Submit management information and statistics
  • Assist management in carrying the task assigned

Requirements

  • Self-driven and committed, with aspiration of continuous improvement, good business acumen and a degree holder or above
  • At least 8-10 years of solid experience in processing derivatives (FX Option / IRS / CCS / Eq Swap / derivatives embedded products) and / or collateral management (VM / IM) in Operations
  • Good command of Cantonese / English / Putonghua
  • Knowledge in CCP client clearing, OPICS, VBA / Macro, RPA would be an advantage.
