A top-tier investment bank is seeking an experienced VP to join its Infrastructure team.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Day to day running and execution of advisory and debt mandates within infrastructure event-driven finance
  • Review of finance documentation
  • Manage due diligence work streams
  • Preparation of bids
  • Preparation of credit materials, including risk strategies
  • Client and onboarding plans
  • Client marketing
  • Contribute to team or business financial target and Cost Efficiency
  • Assist and provide support for senior bankers in preparing analytical and transaction materials, interfacing with clients as required


  • A generalist Investment Banking or Corporate Finance background
  • Ability to develop a strategic dialogue with the client on a multi-dimensional basis
  • Experience of financial modelling, valuation and execution
  • Experience of managing event-driven transactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional academic credentials
  • Strong credit analysis skills
  • Preference for profile with infrastructure sector knowledge of energy, transportation or mining
  • Background in project financing execution with cross product exposure
  • Good knowledge of the Group and products, and a strong network of contacts across different business areas
  • Ability to work under time pressure and to travel occasionally
  • Good team player able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in different teams and offices
  • Ideally Mandarin language proficiency
