About our Client

Our client is a leading banking group which are now looking to further strengthen its HR team by seeking for a passionate individual to join them as the VP of HR position.

About the Role

  • Reporting directly to the CEO
  • Deliver HR solutions to the Company including day-to-day operations, recruitment, remuneration arrangement, visa applications, on-boarding &  off-boarding, compensation and benefits review, mid-year and annual performance review, medical and insurance schemes 
  • Plan and in charge of execute company's HR strategies including Management and second tier build up, retention policy, headcount, campus recruitment, policy review and budgeting. 
  • Plan and lead company's training and events
  • Fulfill Group's HR requirements including rotation to Group, secondment, evaluation, reporting
  • Review business units's KPI and individual's KPI set up 
  • Manage staff relations and provide timely HR solutions to business units
  • Resolve needs between Group, Management, business units and staffs 
  • Maintain company culture and harmonious working environment 


  • Master or Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources or Business Administration Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 7-10 years of human resources generalist experience gained in sizable organization, of which 3 years at managerial level
  • Must experienced in Financial industry 
  • Highly preferred PRC or experienced in Chinese company
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to lead the team to achieve operational excellent
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to create strong relationships with line managers
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving ability
  • Prompt and systematic decision making skills with good analytical skill
  • Strong self-motivation, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Mature, responsible, independent with positive and proactive attitude
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
