Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives PMO
Refine branch sales processes and review the service level agreement standards to achieve greater efficiency in business operations
Drive activities management and the implementation of target operating model at branches to uplift branch sales productivity
Establish straight through processing and conduct review on system or application integration with our new business partner
Perform gap analysis of our product providers and create the value proposition of flagship products for respective DBS client segments
Collaborate closely with the regional team to strengthen DBS brand awareness by launching local marketing campaign
Sales Management
Perform strategic business planning, annual financial budgeting exercise, and initiatives for the Treasures & Distribution to support the DBS Wealth Management proposition
Evaluate branch and individual sales performance, and improve sales and operational efficiency by implementing various initiatives
Develop, implement and review sales management framework & sales capacity model for the retail branch network
Work closely with Business Analytics department and various product teams in designing, implementing and reviewing the launched / to be launched initiatives to boost sales performance & productivity as well as cost-to-income ratio of branch network
Produce sales productivity analysis and reports for management review
Support regional initiatives on ad-hoc projects in relation to sales management
Manage a team of strategic analysts to monitor and optimize business performance
Work closely with HR on resource planning and hiring strategy
Requirements
Degree holder in business and finance-related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with proven experience in project management or sales management preferably gained in banking or insurance industry
Strong business acumen with the ability to lead and juggle multiple priorities to drive actionable outcomes
People centric; manage to perceive people’s partly expressed or unspoken thoughts, feelings and concerns
Highly influential and could communicate well with stakeholders at all levels
Competent in PC skills specifically in the areas of Access, Excel and PowerPoint presentation; be able to gather and manage database reports for business analysis / process management
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
