  • Manage the daily operations of VIP restaurant
  • Coordinate the response from guests concerning the service and food & beverage offerings
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by delighting guests in dining experiences
  • Ensure all occupational health and safety measures are in place
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in the hospitality industry
  • Holder of certificate / diploma in Hotel & Catering
  • Relevant experience in hotel and knowledge of Chinese Restaurant service operations would be an advantage
  • Good command of Chinese & Putonghua knowledge
  • Well-organized, punctual, polite and strong sense of responsibility

The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
