Warehouse Assistant (Admin.)

Responsibilities

  • Update inventory record in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Prepare delivery documents
  • Coordinate with customers for Pick-up / Delivery arrangement, and special warehouse services
  • Assisting in ad-hoc project

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1-2 years related working experience, preferably gained from logistics industry
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office applications and WMS system
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
