Job Roles:

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the supply chain operation to ensure the area of costing, operation efficiency, merchandise delivery, inventory management and space utilization run effectively and efficiently
  • Re-design layouts and process flows for Distribution Centers in Hong Kong
  • Train up the operation teams in Hong Kong
  • Manage procurement and service tenders on logistics and set up services
  • Re-align purchase terms and price negotiations with factories and monitor the performance of third party logistics service providers.
  • Identify ongoing cost savings and service improvement
  • Develop internal and external KPIs for governing operational safety and service performance
  • Conduct lean training and implement lean concepts across the enterprise


  • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management of Purchasing
  • Six Sigma green belt practioner and PMP certified
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years at managerial level, preferable from Fashion Retail industry
  • Distribution Center design and setup experience is a must
  • Warehouse automation, South China bonded operation and Logistics outsourcing experience preferred but not a must
  • Sourcing experience especially garment apparel field will be an advantage
  • Highly numerated, logical thinking with strong negotiation tactics and hands on problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
