Warehouse Operations Manager

About the job:

• Manage the full spectrum of warehouse operations in compliance with KPI
• Implement the manpower planning and forecasting for warehouse and delivery operations
• Set-up guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures for continuous improvement in efficiency
• Manage root cause analysis and establish corrective actions on customer complain on delivery, stocks holding and order fulfillment rate
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the stock flow accuracy
• Provide regular performance and inventory reports and handle ad-hoc projects

What we look for?

• Tertiary education or above in Logistics Engineering or business related disciplines
• Over 8 years’ management experience including at least 2 years in managerial level in warehouse operations in retail or FMCG industry
• Analytical and detail-minded
• Competency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
