 Job Description:

  • Provide quality service of order distribution to customers
  • Ensure timely clearance of overseas shipments and liaison with 3PL to ensure smooth order flow to customers
  • Ensure timely replenishment of Hong Kong sales center to support order fulfillment
  • Control local purchasing including inventory items, office supplies and maintain the best price and the lowest inventory level
  • Verify daily inventory in/ out transaction and maintain accurate data
  • Manage and control with accurate inventory record
  • Be responsible for the month-end closing process
  • Conduct cycle counts in compliance of supply chain procedures and company policies
  • Monitor SOX for all inventory locations and ensure compliance of controls as per process memo on monthly basis
  • Work with 3PL to ensure product inspections are completed as per Quality SOP
  • Provide timely and accurate reports
  • Provide logistics support on company events
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Business Science and/or Logistics
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in Operations Management, with minimum 2 years of managing a team
  • Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, warehouse and inventory management skills  
  • Experience with order management, customer services, process improvement, warehouse operations is a plus
  • Understand Min-Max Concept to maintain healthy inventory level in distribution center
  • Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package
  • Experience with inventory control systems and ERP software is a must, prefer Oracle, industry certificate is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English (both Oral & Written) and Mandarin 
  • Good time management and multi-tasking management skills
  • Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
