  • Assist Logistics Warehouse Manager for coordination between different departments
  • Assist Logistics Warehouse Manager in directing and controlling the warehouse activities to ensure optimum utilization of warehouse facilities
  • Organize work duties of warehouse staff to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse as per Logistics Warehouse Manager’s arrangement
  • Sorting and distribution, conduct repacking if KPI is required, good planning order of truckers, ensure correct quantity and items for loading and unloading process, inventory checking /control and maintain good inventory record
  • Assist Logistics Warehouse Manager to monitor internal and external performance in terms of in-stock, inventory and delivery schedule
  • Communicate with Vendors and clients
  • 與其他部門溝通及合作
  • 協助處理倉務工作,維持物流及倉庫的運作正常
  • 負責人事安排
  • 分配工作,支援同事處理日常倉務運作
  • 負責倉庫貨物的收貨、發貨、理貨工作,處理倉務文件及確保倉庫存貨記錄準確監控內部和外部的性能方面的庫存,庫存和交貨進度
  • 與供應商及客戶溝通


  • Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated active and independent
  • Goal-driven, dedicated, efficient and pro-active
  • Form 5 or above; with Diploma in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management or other related disciplines is appreciated
  • At least 2 years solid experience in logistics warehouse/warehouse operations at supervisor level
  • Good leadership skill, able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills, problem-solving and team building skills
  • Experience in managing team at supervisor level is preferred
  • PC knowledge of WMS system
  • Forklift license holder is preferred

  • 中五或以上;有物流管理文憑,倉庫管理或其他相關專業優先
  • 具有至少2年監督物流倉庫/倉庫的相關經驗

  • 有良好的人際交往,溝通能力,解決問題和團隊建設能力
  • 具有管理經驗者優先
  • 具使用WMS系統經驗者優先
  • 持有鏟車車牌者優先
