Warehouse Supervisor (Cold Chain)
Responsibilities:
- Support daily warehouse operations by planning the task force and manpower arrangement to ensure sufficient manpower to cope the warehouse demand.
- Monitor the warehouse operations by supervising the team members performing on a timely and accurate manner
- Plan the delivery schedule through coordinating with outsourced logistics service provider and shipping team
- Provide regular KPI report
- Respond on manpower plan and the span of management
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ warehouse operations experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- Sound knowledge of SAP or WMS is an advantage
- Self-motivated, independent, passion for food and able to work under pressure
- 9.5 hours / shift and 7 days off / month
- Immediate available is highly preferred
