Wealth Management Trainee

Accountabilities

• Deliver quality service to customer and handle customers’ enquiries on general banking products and services
• Acquire new customers and depositors to fulfilling the Key Performance Indictor as required
• Identify potential customers in order to sell integrated financial services packages and other general banking products
• Assist Relationship Manager and Personal Banker on administrative duties, account opening and cross selling or ad hoc assignments
• Manage the sales and service environment of a branch in effective manner
• Maintain and develop good customer relationship
• Provide back-up support to branch operations
• Adherence to the Bank’s guidelines and policies

Requirements

• Fresh university graduates with passion in banking industry
• Customer services or sales experience in any industry is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Fluent in Mandarin a definite advantage
• Holder of HKSI Paper 1, 7,8 and / or IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 are preferred but not a must
