Web Analyst (REF: CT-IT-WA)

Accountabilities – Key Result Areas 

  • Overview the picture of performance in our online store
  • To share and educate the team are able to become an experts in online behaviour.
  • Based on the analysis from KPI’s to provide support in decision making
  • To work proactively to identify and implement projects and initiatives to increase sales and better customer experience inour online store.
  • Analyse digital presence with the help of web and customer data and provide recommendations for improvements and opportunities based
  • Collect and analyse customer behaviour and web data, with the goal to deliver and communicate business strategy based on the desired outcome.
  • Evaluate how different sections of the site contribute to sales online and customer behaviour onsite – make knowledgeable actions both commercially and from a business development perspective
  • Be responsible for understanding the touch points and differences between them, and provide guidelines for decision makers.
  • Contribute to the business development process in finding business improvement opportunities, assessing impact, prioritize and follow up on impact after implementation
  • Support the E-commerce team, Marketing team and various other teams with analysis

Experience / Qualification Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within an Ecommerce environment
  • Experience in AEM, Adobe Suite, SEO tools, Core metrics including LIVEview and Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Very analytical and a problem solver
  • Preferred to have experience in e-commerce platform
  • Take ownership for your own learning and development.
  • Have a good understanding of Traffic Drivers
  • Adaptation skills, flexible and able to multitask.
