Engage in the overall process of website development and maintenance from requirements analysis, product / UX design, resource coordination, to end-user launch and results validation.
Responsible on all the promotions and update on the website to improve online sales and conversions
Defining the approach for website, revamp, develop, implement, and maintain the operating systems, CMS, tools (web analytics, system tools etc.)
Designing and implementing new initiatives and campaigns in digital ecosystem/ landscape to drive digital adoption, online engagement, penetration and active usage.
Ensuring the platforms support all the integration needs from internal and external touchpoints in order to offer omni-channel customer experience.
Being the key person to monitor the quality of digital products and digital efforts including but not limited to Web Guidelines, SEO Checklist.
Manage relationships with 3rd party partners, including 3rd party channels, agencies and other business partners.
Collaborating with CRM & Customer Experience Team to analyse channel’s performance, providing recommendations to improve user experience and increase customer engagement.
Perform website data collection and analysis, develop conversion and traffic analyse and convert it into website improvement plans.
Track and analyze other competitors and products on a regular basis, provide necessary information and insights on where to strengthen and what to build.
Passionate about ecommerce; Positive working attitude, with entrepreneur and can-do personality.
A minimum of 7 years digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years’ experience in website management / marketing.
Have strong understanding of digital customer experience design and usability, with a strong business sense and acumen with intrinsic motivation to drive strategies activities.
Possess solid experience in developing technical solutions to solve business problems or needs; Experience of CMS systems.
Hands-on experience working with diverse teams to develop and manage the website development and online sales processes.
Good knowledge of SEM, programmatic advertising, website management; Ability to demonstrate previous examples of building / optimising websites through SEO, UI/UX.
Proficiency in both Cantonese and English
