Ralph Lauren is looking for a motivated and experienced Web Operations & Digital Performance Associate Manager (less experience will be considered as Specialist) to manage and drive quality traffic, grow conversion, improve overall performance of our owned ecom channels, and establish a strong and elevated brand presence in the digital space. You will plan and implement effective multi-channel digital performance marketing campaigns, digital paid media, and SEO/SEM strategies with high ROIs.
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital media and ecommerce landscape and can offer a strong POV on effective and on-brand digital campaign executions.
You will support the eCommerce Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our ecom business by developing and implementing digital initiatives that elevate our online experience while achieving business KPIs and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate DTC digital channel, such as brand.com, analyse and implement performance marketing plans to accelerate traffic growth and exceed KPIs, optimize ROI, and be the key point of contact for cross-functional departments across Digital Shared Services, Creative, Merchandising, Marketing/PR, and Retail/Omnichannel operations.
