Ensure smooth operation in guest service counter
Build rapport with guests to enhance communication and repeated business
Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Able to work independently and handle shift duties
Good command of spoken English and Putonghua, proficiency in third language, i.e. Japanese is a plus
Solid knowledge in Opera and computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point
