Role Descriptions

負責迎接及款待酒店客人、提供一般酒店及旅遊資訊,解答客人疑問和處理客人的行李。按客人需求,提供優質的服務。

Responsible to provide an inviting and warm welcome to all arriving guests at W Hong Kong. Assist both arriving and departing guests with luggage handling to and from their rooms. Seize every opportunity to provide our Whatever/Whenever service commitment to ensure guests have a memorable experience with us.

Job Requirement

Experience – 1 year working experience in any guest contact position, fresh graduates are also welcome
Education – higher diploma in hospitality or relevant discipline
Language skills – fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin

W Personality – warm, creative, welcoming, smiling and pleasant
