Responsible to provide an inviting and warm welcome to all arriving guests at W Hong Kong. Assist both arriving and departing guests with luggage handling to and from their rooms. Seize every opportunity to provide our Whatever/Whenever service commitment to ensure guests have a memorable experience with us. May also provide valet parking service for guests or visitors at the main entrance.
學歷：中學程度 / 職業訓練學院程度
Experience – 1 year working experience in any guest contact position, fresh graduates are also welcome
Education – higher diploma in hospitality or relevant discipline
License – holds valid HKSAR Driving License, excellent driving record
Language skills – fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
W Look – appear confident, well-groomed
W Personality – warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasant
