The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing the marketing plan, coordinating with different BUs to meet marketing & business objectives. They will manage the full execution of marketing campaigns from briefing creative assets, campaign launch to monitoring campaign results. Event planning and management will be a major part of the role, previous experience in event marketing will be desired. They are also required to liaise with external contractors and agencies as well as internal parties for successful execution of marketing initiatives.
They will also work closely with central marketing in London to ensure all marketing programs (regional and local) are aligned with the overall APAC strategies. 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in formulating and implementing campaigns and strategies to raise brand awareness, maintain customer satisfaction and generate demand.
  • Plan and organize marketing events from inception to the end including promotion activities (ie. Digital, PR, sponsorship, etc).
  • Manage the creative briefs for the marketing campaigns, ensuring it is delivering the brand promise and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with global team to execute digital and social campaigns
  • Responsible for regular marketing content update (website and print collaterals)
  • Generate new ideas to acquire new leads and to retain existing customers
  • Work with various stakeholders and teams to ensure campaigns run effectively and efficiently
  • Any other ad-hoc marketing projects assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other relevant discipline preferred.


  • 1-2 years of enterprise/B2B marketing experience in the APAC region.
  • University Degree holder in marketing or business-related discipline.
  • Strong English copy-writing skills
  • Previous event marketing experience is desired
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) language.
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS office of word, excel, PowerPoint. Experience with, Marketo, Analytic tools is an advantage.
  • Self-driven, independent, detailed-oriented with a “can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Flexible and able to manage changes.
