Win10 Migration Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities
  • To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications
  • Perform end user related service requests including software installation and hardware deployment
  • Handle small scale desk side relocation request and PC equipment life-cycle refreshment
  • Provide assistance for the on-boarding of new joiners on the overall end user platform
  • Tracking of PC inventory and maintain accurate records

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in desk side end user support environment
  • Basic knowledge of supporting Windows 7 & 10, Office 2016 / 365, OneDrive, PC networking, Mobile Device Management Solution and iOS device
  • Good Team player, Good Communication Skills and hard-working
  • Less experience and Fresh graduates will be considered
